As of April 2026, approved electric infrastructure exists across portions of the property, reference the attached map above for current planned line locations.

This thread serves two purposes:

  1. Coordinate: Neighbors who cost-share on line extensions save significantly. The more interest clustered in a given area, the lower the per-lot cost.

    2. Signal demand:  Active applications give Choctaw Electric Cooperative the data they need to prioritize and plan future extensions.

Current Status We've been working directly with Choctaw Electric Cooperative for the past several months. A project is currently approved and underway to extend lines approximately 2,500 feet toward the back of the property... a meaningful push into areas that previously had no service path.

If You Want Electric on Your Lot, Start Here:

At minimum, this gets your interest officially on record for planning purposes. At best, it accelerates your timeline and connects you with neighbors running lines in the same direction.

Reply below with your lot number and general timeframe. The more visibility we have on where demand is concentrated, the better we can advocate with the co-op on your behalf.

Exciting news! We’re in lot 45. Our priority at this point is getting a gravel driveway installed so the very earliest we might want power would be early 2027.

But if there were other lots near us that would benefit from us wiring up early - we would consider it.
