Once this essential step is completed, we will move forward with registering these parcels with the county. It's important to note that upon registration, our lots will no longer be available at the current discounted pre-sale rate. Therefore, we highly encourage those considering purchasing to take advantage of these advantageous pre-sale rates while they are still available.

The successful completion of this phase will also mark the start of our ability to offer Contract for Deed arrangements to all current purchasers.
